Gift Vouchers

• Our Gift Voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. 
• Our Gift Voucher is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• Customers wishing to redeem their vouchers must make a booking in advance. 
• Photocopies will not be accepted. 
• Reservations and goods are subject to availability. 
• Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation. 
• Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services. 
• Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
• The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
