- Our Gift Voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption.
- Our Gift Voucher is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Customers wishing to redeem their vouchers must make a booking in advance.
- Photocopies will not be accepted.
- Reservations and goods are subject to availability.
- Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
- Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services.
- Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
